Retail Métier works on the philosophy that there are two types of customers internal and external. Traditionally, the focus was on external customers with little thought given to how internal departments interacted.

Improving relationships with internal customers (staff) assists delivery of better customer service to external customers, increased quality and better communication.

Hence the ‘customer’ becomes the generic term we use to describe a person that relies on us to move forward on a day to day basis.
